[Bug]: Execution information Perspective - hop-run.sh pipelines whose last transform spend time lead to stale logs

What happened?

I have a few pipelines designed to run rapidly (17 seconds / 26 seconds). When I run them from the terminal or in corn, the execution information always gets cut short and you can never get a Status Finished. When I run workflows in they always seem to end with the proper status.

This was caused by incorrect order of shutting down pipelines, has been resolved along the way
