[Bug]: Clicking yes or no on Javascript content changed window closes window and doesn't persist changes

What happened?

If I make a change to the javascript code and press escape to close the window, it warns me of unsaved changed, and do I want to close it.

Regardless of which I choose it closes the window and doesn't save the content
