[Feature Request]: Add additonal/new Date Format Mask strings for AM/PM to the existing list

What would you like to happen?

Adding additional entries which add 'aa' after the standard times HH:mm:ss would add AM/PM for users. This will save folks from going and digging for webpages and every step can benefit from these casting suggestions.

yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss aa
yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss aa
MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss aa
MM-dd-yyyy HH:mm:ss aa
