[Task]: Users' reminder to visit database documentation pages upon DriverNotFoundException #2740

What needs to happen?

As a user, if we have a class not found error when pressing the "test connection" button in database connection, I would like to have a reminder to go to our documentation pages to check about how to add the driver for your database type.
