[Feature Request]: Add Field Title to text file output

What would you like to happen?

The Text file output uses the field name as the name of the column in the header. This forces the fields to be named according to the desired output. A simple solution would be to prepend a Select before the output, renaming the fields. But any changes to the field names would then require changes in two places. In the Excel output you can specify the column title for the field and have everything in one place.

I like the idea, but maybe we need to take it a step further and look at how we can make this behaviour consistent across all text format outputs.
