[Bug]: File Explorer Perspective: Don't collapse the tree after action

What happened?

On the File explorer Perspective, the tree collapses after each action.
For example, I'll navigate to a location, click on the target file, right click add.
The tree then collapses, navigate again, commit, message
The tree then collapses, navigate the the next file
Rinse and repeat.

Makes it very cumbersome, more if aiming for individual adds/commits after working on various interlinked pieces.

increase the option for The initial depth to load not lazily in Configuration perspective -> plugins -> Explorer perspective
