[Bug]: Missing Project and Environment Display in Apache Hop Snapshot Build on Windows

What happened?

When building and running the latest Apache Hop Snapshot on Windows using Java 17, the top section of the Hop GUI does not show the project name or the active environment.

I thought it was a bug issue too. The design is more compact and nice, but I personally find the bottom-left position less ergonomic.

For me, the top right would be more intuitive than the bottom left, but that's probably just me.

I find your suggestion really interesting, I think it works best in the top right.
