[Bug]: DatabaseLookupDialog - missing row number (#) column in Lookup Key and Fields tables

What happened?

The old version og the DatabaseLookupDialog had a "Row number" (#) column in tables. This is i also a standard column in e.g: StreamLookup and SelectValues.
