[Feature Request]: Read from a data set in a pipeline

What would you like to happen?

Sometimes you have small reference data sets which often end up in a "Data Grid" somewhere.
To be able to re-use these data "snippets" you need to wrap them in a cumbersome mapping or copy/paste the rows in multiple places.
It would be more elegant to have a Data Set Input transform that simply reads the CSV file in the project.
That way re-use of the data is easy, convenient and has a clear contract.

I had the same problem; the solution I found was to use the H2 driver with the readcsv function.
