[Feature Request]: Hashicorp Vault resolver needs a path prefix option

What would you like to happen?

It would be nice to be able to specify a vault path prefix like

kv-other/data/organisation-1/

to simplify the paths that need to be entered in the resolver expressions.

Instead of

#{Vault:kv-other/data/organisation-1/db:password}

We'd get:

#{Vault:db:password}
