[Bug]: REST Client - proxy settings are ignored when using REST connection metadata

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

1. set up a REST Connection metadata, without any authentication method
2. use this metadata in a REST Client transform, specify the lower URL path in the General settings, and a proxy (with host and port) in the Authentication settings

Result: the proxy settings are actually ignored

Workaround: remove the metadata settings and specify the full URL path in the General settings. In this way, the proxy settings are applied correctly
