[Bug]: "Execute Process" stops if reply has more than 4120 chars

We try to enrypt a file in base64 with a powershell-Script and then save that string to a database. The execution of the powershell script does not come to en end if the reply has more then 4120 chars.

I have made a simple pipeline to reproduce the error

Why not just use a calculator to do the base64 encoding?

If I want to use the calculator I first have to load the file (for example dummy.xlsx) in the Stream. I have tried "Load file content in memory" for that. But sadly the result differs from that we were using in pentaho.
