[Bug]: The screen pops up when you move metadata to a folder.

What happened?

Go to the unit test pipeline control, create a folder, and move some metadata into it. The screen will scroll up.

Another bug is that if you have an empty folder and delete metadata, it deletes the empty folder as well.

The folders are virtual; if there are no elements, they disappear.
We could look into persisting that structure somewhere
