[Bug]: Data Orchestration Perspective not vissible and no way to turn it on or "unhide" it

What happened?

Windows 11, as guest.

Run hop-gui.bat, gui opens aparently normal. As stated here #5774

I was looking for a way to stop having to use left click on canvas to add an action for my worflows and pipelines (found it very annoying).
Found out that as in kettle it was supposed to have a pane, called the Data Orchestration Perspective (https://hop.apache.org/manual/latest/hop-gui/perspectives.html), which is not available. I have tried whatever configuration either in the JSON files and in the GUI with no success to enable it.

Later I noticed that I got basically all the observations from this bug: #6799

I am yet to try with JDK 17 if it works OK.

It's me back again.

I have also tried JDK 17.0.12 and got nothing.

Will try with HOP V 2.16

This is not a bug, we don't have a left hand panel with for the transforms

What happened?

I can see the Data Orchestration Perspective button.

But I can't see the menu the pane with all the actions available for workflow/pipelines.

I expected this actions menú in a pane. It is troublesome to:
A: Click the canvas; wait for the popup.
B: Use the searchbox
C: Clic on the object I want.
N: Repeat for every action I want to add.

IMO Step A is unnecesary. My refference is that back when I used Kettle, the pane was very handy since one could only drag&drop the actions meaning only actions B&C were needed and even only action C was needed. Now, for every action object one wants to add steps ABC are needed.
