Revisit integration tests that use old generation app

[hudi-bot]

There are a few ITs that use old data generation apps (hudi-spark-datasource/hudi-spark/*.sh, e.g., run_hoodie_generate_app.sh):

• ITTestHoodieSanity
• ITTestHoodieSyncCommand

The functionality covered by the tests is already cover by other functional tests so these can be safely disabled. We should revisit them to see if we can rewrite them to be new integration tests or we can completely remove them.
