Hudi has supportted optimistic locks to control multiple writers, however, I didn't find any palces to config it in hudi flink sql connector options.

I need to config it in flink sql to avoid multiple writter conflicts.

The optimistic lock can be supported if we make the state-based index as a builtin index impl for Hudi.
