Describe the problem you faced

When i use flink multi-writer write to hudi,the table type is cow,and enabled the async clustering,the flink job always restarted.

Environment Description

• Hudi version :

  0.13.0

• Hive version :

  3.1.2

• Hadoop version :

  3.3.2

• Storage (HDFS/S3/GCS..) :

  hdfs

• Running on Docker? (yes/no) :

  yes,flink on k8s/hadoop on k8s/hive on k8s
