Update SQL Queries compatibility matrix
Redshift spectrum support Hudi MOR RO tables but doesn't support Snapshot and Incremental queries.
StarRocks support MOR RO and Snapshot queries, but doesn't support Incremental queries.
Made some cosmetic changes that intellij suggested.
