[MINOR] rename KeyGenUtils#enableAutoGenerateRecordKeys

Minor refactoring: renamed enableAutoGenerateRecordKeys to isAutoGeneratedRecordKeysEnabled, because this method does not enable/disable any props, it just returns actual value from given properties.
