Add bundle validation for hudi-cli-bundle. The bundle-validation package in the Hudi repository (https://github.com/apache/hudi/tree/master/packaging/bundle-validation) is designed to verify the basic functionality of the bundle. This PR introduces bundle validation specifically for the Hudi CLI.
