Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses
We identified a gap in the documentation for the Hudi 1.1 release. Specifically, the download page or release notes did not clearly list all the required and supported Maven artifacts, including various engine bundles (e.g., Spark, Flink) and different storage configurations.
