Adds the release notes page for the 1.2.0 release, covering: - New unstructured data types (VECTOR, VARIANT, BLOB) and Lance file format support for AI/ML workloads - Flink Record-Level Index and FLIP-27 Source V2 - Azure Storage-Based Lock Provider - Table services improvements (cleaning, compaction, clustering, archival) - Spark 4.1 support - Platform enhancements (JsonKinesisSource, validators, metrics) Updates sidebarsReleases.js to add release-1.2 at the top, and updates docusaurus.config.js to redirect /releases to the new page and add /releases/release-1.2.0 → /releases/release-1.2 redirect.
