Change Logs

Add timeout for delta streamer tests, the tests use in progress lock which has a configured timeout as 3secs, while the deltastream has 6secs, that means the job can easily not finish the datawrite AFAP, maybe the root cause of the flackyness.

Also delete some useless metadata loading codebase, to relieve the timeout pressure.
