* move the merging operation decision (preCombining or base/delta merge) to the invoker, it is deterministic when initializing the record merger * expose the operation mode as an interface so that some of the merger like HoodieSparkValidateDuplicateKeyRecordMerger can have custom logic * pre register the object cache of the record merger to mediate the complexity * fix the equility check of payload within FlinkWriteHelper * add default merger type for merged/unmerged log scanner
