Document all metadata tables

We should document our entries metadata table that shows all manifest entries.

In addition, we should document new metadata tables added in #805.

I also noticed that https://iceberg.apache.org/spark/ only documents metadata tables exposed by catalog like db.table.files , db.table.snapshots, db.table.manifests, etc. and does not cover/mention location based tables e.g. hdfs://${basePath}#files , hdfs://${basePath}#snapshots , hdfs://${basePath}#manifests etc. For those that don't have Catalog based table access these are useful to know about, One currently needs to go through code to find these. Would be good to document these in the public docs as well.

I was just reminded of this yesterday when I saw someone attempting to count all the rows in their partitions using a full table scan, we should really doc all of these, I probably will if I have some time but this would be a GREAT ticket for anyone who wants to do a first time contribution :)
