for end of life versions, instead of using icebergVersion variable, we point to the latest version that still supports it.

How about using a range? For example, 0.11-master, 0.9-0.11

I think we should probably not mention master because that is not a version, Maintained already means the master is still actively developing against the version. But let me add a column to include the latest stable release version.
