Under getting_started.md, there's a few invalid links to other pages of the documentation, mainly due to missing prefix "/docs/", add them and make the links valid. Signed-off-by: I Hsin Cheng <richard120310@gmail.com>

Summary
Under getting_started.md, there's a few invalid links to other pages of the documentation, mainly due to missing prefix "/docs/", add them and make the links valid.
Remark
There're several links also invalid due to similar issue ( e.g. link for
ClientProvider). I'll send them in separate commits once I target all the correct file links for them.
