kapa.ai "Ask AI" widget for iggy.apache.org

I'd like to add an "Ask AI" button to iggy.apache.org using kapa.ai.

kapa.ai reads our docs and answers questions about them in a chat box. Someone can ask how to configure TLS and get an answer straight from our docs.

ASF Privacy has already approved kapa.ai, and several Apache projects use it. You can try it on fluss.apache.org, look for the "Ask AI" button. It's free for open source projects.

I'm happy to do the setup, the program application and the website PR.
