[C++ SDK] implement `bdd/scenarios/basic_messaging.feature` test for C++ SDK

Add BDD-style integration test for the C++ SDK using a Gherkin-compatible framework (e.g. cucumber-cpp or Catch2 BDD).

After implementation add it to CI to make sure it runs on every commit. (see how other SDKs run bdd tests and script scripts/run-bdd-tests.sh).
