IGNITE-23657 Extend logging of IdleVerify

To extend the list of idle verify process events.

At the moment there is only an indirect mentioning of 'VerifyBackupPartitions' in Checkpoint event. It includes info regarding the start of idle verify and its intermediate result, the info about the completion of idle verify process is required.
