[Bug][Tapd] Priority field should display priority names instead of values #4720

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.
What happened
I have observed that while collecting issues data from Tapd, the priority field shows a numerical value instead of the actual priority name.
What do you expect to happen
It would be more useful if the priority field displays the respective priority name instead of just a numerical value. This would provide quicker insights into the relative priority of each issue.
How to reproduce
Setup devlake and create tapd connection, then create a bp for collecting tapd data.
After the synchronization, check priority filed in issues table, it shows a numeric value rather than a priority name.
