Minor text edits. Not sure that "Going forward, the content in *projects/$podling.xml* is deprecated." is still relevant or useful. When did the change happen?

LGTM. My understanding, although not 100% certain, is that $podling.xml are still being used but have mostly been replaced by yaml files. |

Nope. Yaml supplements but does not replace the xml.
Really the IPMC needs to treat whimsy as helpful and not a replacement.
It’s worth a discussion about what a full transition looks like. The clutch analysis would have to parallel yaml changes.
