actually c5ca79321d170b8a18c288d9cadc2a6037166d0f exists and corresponds to tag 8.0.0 - perhaps good to expire 6.4.7 instead?

Updated the tags for v8.0.0 + v7.0.0 and left 6.4.7.
Add the "current" Git commit ID for the moving tag.
