Prepare a Pull Request

Motivation

Fixed some small description errors

Modifications

  • open 8080 mapping for the pulsar in docker-compose
  • update the chart version
  • remove the sudo requirements for k8s notice
  • correct the component error for the agent template.
  • remove the valid kindest version.
