[Feature request] Auto create timeseries of schema template #9564

- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
Motivation
when the schema template been designed first, it maybe not perfect,sometimes we need to add new measurement node after the schema template been created, but there's no way to modify and increase timeseries of schema template
Solution
provide an api to add new timeseries of schema template dynamically
