Description
this pr supports Safetensors for timerxl.
Notice: in file ainode.core.model.built_in_model_factory.py:401-402，we set TIMERXL_CKPT_PATH to be ainode/core/model/weights/timerxl/model.safetensors, so please put the safetensor file in this path.
