@FLOW4215 The difference CPU usage is already verified by Ozone Community, see apache/ratis#872, with a 100x drop in gRPC log appender. |

The failed IT is related to schemaRegion not electing a leader for too long, which is not related to this pr. Error IT is tracked as another issue
