What happened?
Tests org.apache.jena.fuseki.main.TestPlainServer#plainFile1, '#plainFile2' and '#plainFile3' fail on windows since Jetty 12.1.9.
There alresy is a PR merged in Jetty to fix this: jetty/jetty.project#15020
Meanwhile we might need a workaround until there is a new Jetty release available.
