And DISINCT versions: URI + "d" Contributes to JENA-803. Includes refactoring in the gramamr for SPARQL 1.1. Includes fixes and changes to the grammar for the ARQ language.

Standard deviation (sample and population) and variance aggregates.
This PR includes fixes to the grammar of ARQ (extended SPARQL) to handle DISTINCT in custom aggregates. There is some consequential refactoring in the SPARQL 1.1 grammar in the generated java code.
