Retire modules at the end of Jena5, start of Jena6.
After this is merged, there will be a second PR that updates
archived-modules.md.That file contains the commit ids of the code deletes so the commits ids as will appear on
mainare not available yet (rebase and merge).It is this second PR which will close the issues.
