Apache Jmeter 2.11 tool is not opening when you click on Jmeter.bat file

Hi,

I just downloaded Jmeter 2.11 but I am getting error in batch file saying 'jave.exe' is not recognized.
Please find below details:
Jmeter version: 2.11
OS: windows 7 professional
Java: 7 update 45

I tried in different machines also which has same configuration as above and I can see same problem. Please help me ASAP.

Change to jmeter. Set to NEEDINFO -- why is this a bug and not simply missing java in your path?

The jmeter.bat file requires that java.exe is on the PATH.
