TimeShift: does not correctly select the date to shift.

Steps:

1. Open functional helper
2. Choose a function: __timeShift
3. Format string for DateTimeFormatter - to set value YYYY-MM-dd
4. Date to shift (optional)- to set value 2011-01-13
5. Amount of seconds/minutes/hours/days to add - to set value -P5D
   Actual result:
   The current date has shifted (2018-01-13->2018-01-08)
   Expected result:
   The Date to shift from 4 step has shifted
