This is to allow SonarQube analysis through a SonarQube Scanner - especially from Jenkins builds See: #KNOX-757
I should add this on another branch with full SonarQube support, rather than getting in via backdoor See: KNOX-757
Added Shiro related log4j properties to the gateway log4j properties, but leave them commented out. This is to make it easier to enable them for developers/installers debugging areas affected by Shiro. See: #KNOX-757
