Why are the changes needed?
The recently K8s CI failure[1] seems related, update to the latest version https://github.com/manusa/actions-setup-minikube/releases/tag/v2.7.2 to see if helps.

How was this patch tested?
Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible
Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
Run test locally before make a pull request
