…#426) The Morphline Solr Sink has been split out of the Flume monorepo into its own repository: https://github.com/apache/logging-flume-morphline This removes the duplicated in-tree copy under `flume-ng-sinks/flume-ng-morphline-solr-sink`.
Merges #427 into this PR.

LGTM, the only problem, currently is the build.
