[MPLUGINTESTING-24] Support versions of AbstractMojoTestCase for JUnit3 and JUnit4

It would be very nice if we could have two versions of the AbstractMojoTestCase.
I've created MRELEASE-753 with a patch to fix this for the maven-release-plugin, but I'd like to solve this at a higher level.

Robert Scholte: I have implemented a Rule, see MPLUGINTESTING-28, maybe this would be an alternative for another AbstractMojoTestCase.

The Unit Test (https://github.com/mfriedenhagen/maven-plugin-testing/blob/eb711786db727e6afa2b6018e21f7d080fff4bef/maven-plugin-testing-harness/src/test/java/org/apache/maven/plugin/testing/MojoRuleTest.java) shows the usage. Basically you have the rule as member and instead of referencing this you invoke the same methods from the rule instead.
