pip install mxnet-cu110

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement mxnet-cu110
ERROR: No matching distribution found for mxnet-cu110

Try to upgrade your pip, it may work.

or download .whl package from https://dist.mxnet.io/python.
I tried both methods, and it did work.

I don't think there is a Win10 wheel released yet for 1.8. There should be no way any pip method can work.
