Fixing the test. Updating the client side dependencies! Fixing a few tsdoc errors!
got lost with the latest merge, backporting it back to jsf_ts and updating the RC number!

CommandScript test passes... no errors on the js unit tests after the change
Will merge given the small size of the commit, after the ci run indicates success! |

There was an accidental typo of onOnDomReady this now has been renamed to onDomReady
