save svn credentials seems broken in NB 13.0 ubuntu #4021

What happened
NetBeans 13.0 cannot save passwords from svn repos
How to reproduce
- add a project under svn
- perform any svn-related operation (update/commit/show history)
- see a password input form
- enter password and tick "Save Username and Password"
- try again
- you will see a password input form again
