netbeans does not detect all the restful web services #5410

What happened
- open a project with 4 web-services, all of which showed up in the RESTful Web Services container in the navigator in Netbeans 15
- only 2 of the four existing RESTful WS are detected and listed

been using N16 for a couple of days. Today is the first time I had to go navigate to a WS and jump right to a specific endpoint. Now I can't do that.
It's a significant productivity hit to do the slow-form navigation open the class, search the @path URL . . . ..
